
I used to study Japanese language and culture. I had a teacher once who would invite our class (which was pretty small) over to his house to learn how to cook Japanese meals. It was so fun that my fiance and I decided to keep learning new Japanese dishes. Recently we successfully made chicken katsu with tonkatsu sause. We also made rice, miso soup, and brewed some delicious green tea that my fiance brought back from Japan. This is a great dish which I'm sure would go great with some nappa cabbage. Yum!
