Dinner

I used to study Japanese language and culture. I had a teacher once who would invite our class (which was pretty small) over to his house to learn how to cook Japanese meals. It was so fun that my fiance and I decided to keep learning new Japanese dishes. Recently we successfully made chicken katsu with tonkatsu sause. We also made rice, miso soup, and brewed some delicious green tea that my fiance brought back from Japan. This is a great dish which I'm sure would go great with some nappa cabbage. Yum!

Next week my hours at CESL will change. I will be available from 11:00-12:30 and 1:30-4:00. I'd be happy to help the writing classes with blogs and/or writing tasks.

Schedule

Due to the scheduling of Summer classes, my hours will change after a few weeks. Currently, I am available M-F from 8:00-12:00.

Beginning on June 11, I will be available M-F from 11:00-12:30, and between 1:30 and 4:00.

I am getting married in August, so I will be out of town August 4-19, but will return in time for the Fall 2007 term to begin.

Unfortunately, I don't have internet at my home, as I have been in the process of moving. I have been using the Student Center for internet access in the mornings. However, the internet should be hooked up at my home by August 30.
